When we arrived at The Westin in Nashville for MEEVO Live 2025, the energy was immediate—hundreds of salon professionals, industry leaders, and innovators gathering to celebrate creativity and growth. DePrima Productions was proud to help bring that experience to life, producing the live show and crafting three distinct event videos—all shot, edited, and delivered on-site before the final curtain call.

Our team handled full-scale live production across multiple spaces, coordinating seamlessly with the event’s technical and creative partners. From keynote sessions to breakout interviews and sponsor highlights, we captured the story of MEEVO Live as it unfolded—each moment polished and turned around with cinematic precision. By the time attendees were checking out of the hotel, the event recap video was already premiering on the big screen.
